We fly our puppies first class (so to speak) they fly with someone, NOT in cargo. During flight your puppy will be in a kennel, which slides under the seat. Puppy will be accommodated with toys, treats, food, water, and a blankie to keep your baby content and relaxed. They will also be let out for potty breaks and to stretch their little legs.
